Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (online video courses and AI tutoring services), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

We offer refunds only in the following limited situations:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the purchased course due to our platform error for more than 7 days, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• Course-Specific Guarantee: Some courses may offer a "30-day Money-Back Guarantee". In such cases, you must request a refund within 30 days of purchase and must not have completed more than 30% of the course content.
• AI Tutoring Credits: Unused tutoring credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

• Once you have started watching the course videos or used the AI tutoring service.
• If you have downloaded or shared any course materials.
• Requests made after the guarantee period has expired.
• Purchases made during promotional/sale periods (unless otherwise stated).

• All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@learnkr.org.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be issued in the original currency (USD).

If you purchased a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, and access will continue until the end of the paid period.
