Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LearnKR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

We provide AI-powered tutoring as a supplementary service. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful responses, the AI tutor is not a replacement for professional human instruction. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, and LearnKR is not liable for any decisions made based on such responses.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Share your account with others or transfer your access.
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and you will not be entitled to any refund.

The Service and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LearnKR does not guarantee that the courses will meet your specific learning objectives or that the AI tutor will always provide correct answers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnKR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
